What is Break

Trade endless scrolling for real life.

Break is an iPhone app that puts a pause between you and the apps that steal the most of your time. Here is everything you will be recommending.

  • App blocking

Break protects social apps like Instagram, TikTok and YouTube with a ten-second challenge before they open. On the free plan you protect one app; on Pro, as many as you want.

  • Challenges

When you try to open a blocked app, Break doesn't just block it: it offers a mini-game. Ball sort, deep breathing, word search, tile matching, mahjong, flow or a Bible challenge.

  • Sleep Mode

A nighttime block that protects your evening from autopilot. You sleep better and wake up without having lost hours on the screen.

  • Safe browsing

Protection against pornographic websites right in the browser. An extra layer to keep your focus on what matters.

  • Daily limit

You control how many unlocks you get per day. There are three levels: In Transition, Recommended and Extreme Focus Mode.

  • Unlock an hour

When you need it, you get one hour, an hour and a half or two hours of free use. Available three times a week.

  • Screen time and time saved

Charts by day, week, month, quarter, half-year and year. You see exactly how much time went back to real life.

  • Annual Pro plan

    $49.99/year

$49.99 per year, with a seven-day free trial and cancel anytime. Includes everything the free plan doesn't.

  • Break the dopamine loop.
  • Get your time back.
  • Leave the scroll and be present again.
How it works

Link tracking, no hassle

Every referral is recorded automatically through your link. All you have to do is share it.

  1. 01

    Get your unique link

When you sign up, you get a unique affiliate link to share anywhere: social media, YouTube, newsletters or with friends.

  2. 02

    We track every referral

When someone clicks your link, a cookie identifies you as the referrer. If they subscribe later, the sale is still yours.

  3. 03

    Earn 30% on every subscription

For every annual subscription made through your link, you get 30% of the amount paid, and you can follow it all in real time on your dashboard.

  4. 04

    Recurring commission

As long as the customer renews their annual subscription, you keep earning 30% on every renewal. One referral, earnings every year.
